When I started running, little did I know, running was not just a case of fitness and getting out there and doing more to become a fitter and better runner. There’s a lot of information available on the subject of running. Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start, what to look at, or who it’s aimed at. Is it for the more seasoned runner, the beginner runner, or the average Joe like me?

Part of the reason for starting this blog is to document my running journey. Also, to learn more about running, what I like to call Runiversity™. I thought it would be useful to have a ‘go to’ section, a library of various topics to do with running, from starting out, to running drills, joining a running group or club and more.

This section will evolve over time and will contain information based on my experiences and findings from my running journey.
